Spring, Summer, Fall ( April through November) and Holiday Rates
Minimum stay: 2 Nights, 3 Nights on holidays
Nightly rate: $150 double occupancy, $10 per additional
person.
Weekly rate: $900 double occupancy, $35 per additional
person.

Winter Rates ( December - March excluding Christmas and New Year's)
Minimum stay: 2 Nights, 3 Nights on holidays
Nightly rate: $110 double occupancy, $5 per additional person.

Fees and Deposits
Cleaning Fee
$80 ( $100 if more than 4 persons for more than 4
days)
Security Deposit (Refundable)
$200 - fully refundable - returned within 14 days of
departure if no damage found. Please note, we understand normal wear and
tear and expect it. We don't want to keep any of your deposit and there
aren't many circumstances that would cause us to do so. But excessive
mud/dirt on floors/carpets, broken appliances and furniture, obvious neglect,
etc. may make us consider retaining part or all of your security/damage
deposit. Also, if we find evidence of smoking or pets in the cabin (we
don't allow either), we may retain a portion of your deposit. So far, we've
never kept a dime of a security/damage deposit ... we honestly want to keep it
that way.
Reservation Deposit
$200 (non-refundable) - must receive within 10 days of
making reservation. Subtracted from total rent when final payment is made.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the $200 reservation deposit is
non-refundable.
If cancellation is 14 or fewer days prior to arrival, rent (including
reservation deposit) will be retained, but security/damage deposit and cleaning
fee will be refunded within 10 days.
If cancellation is 30 days or fewer prior to arrival but not 14 days or fewer
prior to arrival, 1/2 of rent will be retained with security/damage and cleaning
fee refunded.
If you cancel (whether 14 days or less or 30 days or less prior to arrival)
and we do retain your rent but we are subsequently able to rent to others for the
time you canceled, you may be able to apply all or part of the retained rent to a future
rental. If we are unable to rent for the time you canceled, no retained
rent may be applied to future rentals.
